Background

Matt Miller has spent two decades building and running technology inside services businesses, most of it in staffing and recruiting. As CTO and board member, he helped grow a staffing firm to $100M and led it through a successful sale.

That work covered the full range: ATS and CRM platform development, enterprise system implementations, data architecture, technical team building, and the board-level technology conversation that comes with an exit process.

He founded PrecisionLogic to do that work for companies that need the judgment continuously but cannot justify the full-time hire.

What PrecisionLogic believes

AI is an operating model change, not a feature. Companies that bolt AI onto existing process get incremental gains. Companies that ask what they would build today, knowing agents can handle a large share of structured work, get something else.

Context compounds. A person who has been in your business for nine months makes better calls than a fresh team with a better framework. That is why the seat does not rotate, whoever else is on the build.

Strategy without delivery is a deck. The recommendation and the build should come from the same person, because the handoff is where most of the value leaks.

Neutrality has to be structural. We take no referral fees, reseller commissions, or platform sponsorships. That is the only way vendor-agnostic means anything.

Say no out loud. If an engagement is not a fit, or a project would leave you worse off, we say so before the invoice, not after.
